All accepted students are required to pay the full summer school fees of together 1600,-- € within six weeks after having received the invoice, but latest by the 15. 06. 2017 via money transfer, otherwise we cannot guarantee your registration.
"Early Bird": If we receive your binding application before 01. 02. 2017, you get a price reduction of 100,-- €, your total invoice amount is then
If you are booking the course exceptionally after 15 .06. 2017 , a full payment is required at the initial booking.
Any international wire transfer fees incurred while making your payment need to be paid by you. Please speak to your local bank concerning fluctuations in the
currency conversion to ensure that HFU receives the full amount due in €. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks and credit cards.
If you are unable to attend the course, you must submit a withdrawal notice (medical certificate or other official confirmation) in writing by email, fax or post.
Cancellations will be refunded as follows:
Unfortunately we cannot refund tuition if the cancellation is made last-minute.
